New EEO-1 Report Due Sept. 30, 2019

The annual EEO-1 (Component 1) report was due May 31, 2019. A NEW Component 2 EEO-1 filing is due September 30, 2019 to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Does this apply to your company and are you ready?
